Ogrenizer

Job tracking for small service businesses.

A window cleaner, a pressure washer, a two-person crew. Ogrenizer follows one job from the first phone call to "thank you, paid" — quotes, scheduling, invoices, and the messages that carry them.

A job is a journey

Most job software makes you file paperwork. Ogrenizer tracks where each job actually is and tells you the one thing to do next.

  1. A call comes inSomeone asks for a price. Write it down before it turns into a note on the dashboard.
  2. QuoteLine items, a total, one link to send. They accept or decline on their own phone.
  3. SchedulePut the work on the calendar. Quote visits and jobs sit side by side.
  4. InvoiceThe same link becomes the bill. Card payment through PayPal, or record cash by hand.
  5. Paid, and thankedMark it paid, send a thank-you, close the job. That is the whole journey.

Every step is skippable. Somebody who waves you down and pays cash is a first-class path, not an exception you have to work around.

One link, start to finish

Your customer gets a single private address. What it shows changes as the job moves.

No account for them to make, no app to install, no password to lose. They open a link and see whatever the job needs from them right now.

  • CalendarDay, week, and month, with quote visits styled apart from the work itself.
  • Invoices and paymentsPay online through PayPal, or record cash and cheques by hand.

About the text messages

When a business using Ogrenizer sends a quote, confirms an appointment, bills a job, or says thanks, we can deliver that as a text message on their behalf. Each message names the business the customer hired and links to that customer's own job page.

These are service messages about work the customer asked for. We send no marketing or promotional texts, and there is no bulk or broadcast messaging. A customer is only ever texted if they agreed to it, and that agreement is recorded against their record before anything can be sent.

The full details — what gets sent, how often, how to stop — are in our text message program.
